Recognizing the impact on the world environment from all the production and consumption activities that are related to the work of OOKUMA ELECTRONIC, we establish these environmental policies, will press forward with environmental management and will aim for harmony with the world environment.

	1.	Work on eco-driving, attempting to decrease fuel usage while monitoring electricity usage, so as to move toward decreasing CO2 exhaust.
	2.	Pressing on with the appropriate treatment and recycling of waste materials, we will work to decrease these.
	3.	Increase our consciousness of water saving, get a grasp of the amount of drainage, and work on decreasing our total drainage.
	4.	Work toward the appropriate levels of office work together with green purchasing, thus working on our regard for the environment.
	5.	Make effective use of MSDS, and work on appropriate management of chemical materials.
	6.	As the sign of our regard for the environment within our business, we will push forward actively with the in-house 5S movement.
	7.	As the sign of our regard for the environment outside our business, we aim positively for the design of products that show regard for the environment.
	8.	We will observe regulations regarding the environment and other items requested of us, and work toward harmony with local society.
	9.	So that all employees can put efforts to decrease environmental load into practice, we will aim to make these environmental policies known to all and improve our environmental awareness, present our environmental policies outside the company and act to develop environmental communication with local residents.
